To make sure that I understand how to identify plants and their classifications I did the Botany course at the Field Studies Council. I recommend it, although this course is from online content they offer zoom sessions with experts to ask any questions you need. Only complaint is I wish that they would give more time to complete it. I missed a different course altogether, never mind.
